DELIVERY LEAD TIMES
Dispatch from Bisque warehouse is currently estimated within 7-21 days from payment. (Excluding fashion orders)

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse estimated delivery times should only be used a guide line. Bisque will not be liable for any late deliveries.

NSW, VIC, QLD and ACT metro areas between 2 and 7 business days. Adelaide, Perth and all regional areas between 5 and 12 business days. The shipping is calculated for deliveries to East Coast Australia metro areas only. If you are in a regional area we may only deliver to the nearest depot to you. For larger items or specialised deliveries, we can offer the services of a 2 man removalist for deliveries only between Melbourne and Sunshine Coast. If you would like a quote please let our team know when placing your order as extra charges will apply.

Currently orders will not be held for any longer than 4 weeks due to limited warehouse storage. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your order is dispatched, you will be emailed or text your relevant tracking information, so you can keep an eye on your delivery. For larger orders consisting of bulky or fragile items you may choose to use a removalist if, so you will also receive a call from our removalist to confirm a suitable time for delivery. This specialised service will incur extra charges please let us know if you require this service when you place your order.


DELIVERY POLICY
For most of our deliveries we use TNT, Couriers Please and Aramex who deliver to most places within Australia. Deliveries are to your front door/ground floor only between the hours of 8am-5pm Monday to Friday. Depending on the size of your order this will be delivered in either a loose carton/s to your door/ground floor or for palletised deliveries curbside or driveway only. If the freight carrier is unable to deliver direct to door, you will be notified of the nearest depot for collection. The shipping is calculated for deliveries to East Coast Australia metro areas only. If you are in a regional area we may only deliver to the nearest depot to you. If your delivery situation changes after dispatch such as re-delivery, re-direction, extra assistance additional costs will incur. These costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and payable to Bisque before the delivery is finalised.

For bulky or fragile goods, we believe your purchase deserves a special degree of handling and care. To ensure this we recommend a professional removalist who call to confirm a time for delivery and take extra care throughout the entire process. Please let us know if you would like this service and we can provide you a cost. Please note this service does not include unpacking, rubbish removal or assembly of your item. 

We cannot deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers. We reserve the right to refuse delivery to specific locations or areas that are inaccessible with standard courier and delivery services. In this case you may elect to have your order delivered using your own courier service.


PICKING UP YOUR ORDER
Your order can be collected from our Coffs Harbour warehouse, by your freight carrier as part of our terms of purchase as you will be using your own provider we will not cover your product for damages, theft or loss once it has left our warehouse. For those customers wishing to collect their order from our warehouse it is necessary to book in advance. Pick up times are only between 9am – 4pm Monday to Friday. Warranty will not be given for any damages, loss, fire or theft that may occur after leaving our warehouse this is the responsibility of the purchaser and their freight provider at the time.


SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY
All shipments contain valuable goods. Because of this, our carriers are contracted to produce a Proof of Delivery. If you are comfortable with having your order left without the carrier obtaining a signature, please indicate this in the special instructions box when placing your order online. We are unable to accept any responsibility for your order once delivered if you select this option.


IF YOU ARE NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY
If you are not home when delivery is due your goods will be taken back to the freight depot and a calling card will be left. A re delivery fee will apply and must be paid prior to re delivery.

IF YOU WILL NOT BE HOME TO ACCEPT DELIVERY
If you are comfortable with having your order left without the carrier obtaining a signature, please indicate this in the special instructions box when placing your order online. Should you choose this option, please note that we take no responsibility for orders left unattended.
